Notes on Submission of Data

Anyone involved in ophthalmic research may submit details about there research and themsleves. Personal information will be used to create a "homepage". When completing the form please ensure that you denote whether this is an amendment to existing information that appears on the site or new data.

If you have added your information you may also wish to add data relating to projects that you have contributed to / led, the organisation you belong to, recent publications, a news item, an article / notice for the news section or links. Each of these options has an electronic form that can be completed. When your data is received you will receive a confirmation e-mail. When your information is published you will be notified again by e-mail.

All data must be submitted electronically, we do not have the resources to re-type information, the latter process also increases the opportunity for mistakes. Files that will be accepted should be in the following formats: wpd, txt, html, doc, csv. Image files should be submitted as .jpg, .gif or .png. These should be sent via e-mail to enquiries@site4sight.org.uk. All files must be PC compatitable.
