Funded by NICE, NHS Evidence is a new independent service which will develop, enhance and expand the services that were previously provided by the National Library for Health (NLH). NHS Evidence will become the first point of contact for health and social care staff to access evidence and related information including research data and local experience.
NHS Evidence – eyes and vision is one of 34 specialist collections within NHS Evidence. We aim to draw together the current evidence base and guidance informing practice within NHS eye health care. Any specialist or generalist health professional involved in eye care should find something in it for them.
The Management Group is based in the Research and Development Department of Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
You can download documentation covering the operation of NHS Evidence – eyes and vision here. This site also hosts our taxonomy browser and quality appraisal reviews of articles in the collection.
